Myllyn Paras Porridge Rice is made from Finnish grain and ideal for traditional rice porridge, berry porridge, desserts, pie fillings and other baking recipes.
To make rice porridge boil 3 dl of water. Add 1½ dl Myllyn Porridge Rice and let the water absorb into the rice. After that, add 7 dl of milk and let the porridge boil slowly under the lid, stirring occasionally for about 40 minutes. Porridge rice swells when cooked about 2½ - times.
