Easily initiate your return process using our user-friendly Returns Portal. Customers in the contiguous United States (US 48) can choose to purchase prepaid return shipping labels, while all customers have the option to arrange their own return shipment if they prefer.

Please note that you have a generous 120-day window from the date of purchase to initiate your return.

Touch of Finland offers prepaid return shipping labels for customers in the contiguous United States (US 48). To obtain a prepaid return shipping label, you can purchase one for $9.95 per order through our Return Portal.

Please note that while most items are eligible for return using the prepaid labels, certain items, such as Sauna Buckets and Steamers/Juicers, cannot be returned using this method. However, you still have the option to return these ineligible items by making your own shipping arrangements.

To be eligible for a return, it is imperative that all items are returned in new and unused condition, with their original tags and packaging intact. Please be aware that any items damaged during the return transit are beyond our responsibility. We kindly ask that you securely package fragile items to prevent damage during transportation.

Upon receiving and approving your return, we will promptly issue a refund within 2-7 business days.

If you need to exchange an item for any other reason, we regret to inform you that we do not offer exchanges. However, you are welcome to return the item(s) in accordance with our Return Policy, using our convenient online returns portal, and then repurchase any desired items available on our site.

Damaged / Defective Items

If you have received a damaged/defective item or an item that is not the one you ordered, please contact customer service within 5 days of delivery by submitting photos of proof to orders@touchoffinland.com. We will offer a refund or replacement item.
